Associate Consultant / Management Trainee:

  • To support the Senior Consultants and Partners through Research, analysis and working on varied assignments for marquee clients ranging from:
    • Leadership and Change Management
    • OD Assignments for delivering Performance Improvement and Change
    • Embedding values/ D&I Cultures
    • Driving Talent Economist interventions to build talent savvy cultures
    • Coordinating Key Account Manager Deliveries for clients engaged in Integrated Development Offerings
    • Anchoring Talent Analytics assignments including client debriefs and action planning workouts
  • Key Deliveries include Research Capabilities, Analysis and presentations, Marketing and business development, Facilitation of key deliveries

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBAs with a background in HR/ OD/ General Management or Post Graduate in Economics, Psychology/ Industrial Psychology/ Sociology
